1May I pay using a "Cheque"?

Yes, however Cheque must CLEAR at least 7 days BEFORE the pickup date.

2 If I pay in cash, why do you also ask for my credit card?

The credit card is used to secure the reservation and ensure attendance. Upon cash payment, the credit card details are promptly returned to the customer or securely discarded.

3What types of payment do you accept? OR How will I pay for my ride?

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, Cash and Bank Checks, However, all checks must be deposited at least 7 business days prior to reservation date. All reservations require a credit card on file, even if payment is made by Check or Cash.

4 Can I pay by cash?

Yes, we accept cash for any reservation. For clients that do not want to use credit card, we recommend either money order, or a bank check mailed and received by our office 7 days prior to the pickup date. All reservations require a credit card on file, even if payment is made by Check or Cash.

5 Is a deposit required for my reservation?

Yes, for all special event, High-demand or peak time periods the 20% to 50% of the total amount of deposits are required. Ask our office if a deposit is required for your particular Limousine Service Type. However, Airport transfers, Point-to-Point do not require a deposit.

6 Do you charge for Stops?

CanadaLimoServices.com will compliment all the STOPS for the HOURLY base chauffeur/Limousine Service. However, with any other flat rates provided service, the customer will be charge $20.00 for quick STOPS or on-the-way STOPS within 5 KM radius. The STOPS for about 15 minutes past the time, the STOP will be consider and charge for WAITING Time charges. Also, if the requested STOP is out of the way and not in the direction to/from destination or pickup, the customer will be charged as per kilometer.

7 At what time do I get charged?

Upon receiving the confirmed reservation email by authorizing your credit card then you will get charged as invoiced. Additional time, services, fees will be charged on your credit card as well.

8 How can I obtain a receipt for my charges?

It depends on the type of service, for example:
1) For advance reservation and payment you will be provided the billing receipt right away via email
2) For Airport Transfer service you will be provided the receipt at the time of pick up, the driver will manually swipe your card and give you receipt.
3) You can also get a formal receipt by calling our office next day of the service.

10 How is your billable travel time calculated?

1) For service outside the GTA, billed time begins when a vehicle leaves the CanadaLimoServices.com fleet garage.
2) For service within the GTA, billed time begins at pickup time and ends when you are dropped off.

11Do I need to have a Credit Card to make a reservation?

Yes. In order to make a reservation you will have to have a valid credit card. The credit card is used to secure the reservation and ensure attendance. Upon cash payment, the credit card details are promptly returned to the customer or securely discarded.

12Do you charge for waiting time on your flat rates?

If you have a pick up from a residence, or any place other than the airport, we give you a 30 minutes grace period or free time from the actual pick up time. Additional waiting time will be calculated per 1/2 hour increments. Hourly rates will be determined based on the type of vehicle ordered.

13Do you make bathroom stops, or other stops upon request?

CanadaLimoServices.com will compliment all the requested STOPS for hourly base Chauffeur/Limo Service. However, for point-to-point service, additional charges will be applied.

14How should I compare your provided price quotes?

You will be provided an all-inclusive rate from CLS, which will include taxes, tolls, fuel and gratuity to the chauffeur.
Even though our price quotes will be the best in the market, yet we will not compromise on the best service. However, you could look for following points in price comparison by seeking answers for:

 1. When does the rate begin? When does it end?
 2. Will there be any hidden charges not mentioned in the bill?
 3. Is the rate they are providing all inclusive, or will other fees be added?
 4. Are there any travel charges?
 5. Can I see the vehicle I would be renting?

15What is included in the price quote?

We guarantee your peace of mind when you book with us with the promise of NO HIDDEN FEES.

We do NOT have any hidden "gas/fuel" surcharges, "tax surcharges", "time of day surcharges”, "number of passenger surcharges” or any other hidden surcharges whatsoever.
The rate you receive from us in your email quote is ALL-INCLUSIVE. Tip/gratuity is itemized and listed up-front in advance. The only other possible fees are listed below:

16What are the fees/policies for Extra Stops?

Here are our policies & fees for extra stops:

  1. "Hourly" itineraries include unlimited unplanned extra stops, within the booked time period, free of charge. The driver is considered to be "On-Call".
  2. For all other itinerary types, including one-way and round trip itineraries:
    1. Extra stops which you specifically mention when you fill out our online reservation form are considered "PLANNED". Such extra stops are INCLUDED in the rate quote which you receive from us in the confirmation email.
    2. Extra stops which you do NOT specifically mention when you fill out our online reservation form are considered "UNPLANNED". For such extra stops:
      1. The driver reserves the right to decline to make the extra stop.
      2. The driver reserves the right to charge an extra fee for the extra stop.
      3. The fee for the extra stop is due at the time the extra stop is requested.
      4. Fees collected by drivers for unplanned extra stops are NOT considered a tip/gratuity.
      5. The fee is left to the discretion of the driver, but is generally as follows:
        1. For Sedans: Any extra stop is $20.00, with a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes at the stop. Waiting time over the first 15 minutes ($20.00) will be charged at $12.50 per 15 minutes or fraction thereof.
        2. For other vehicles, including SUVs: Any extra stop is $30.00, with a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes at the stop. Waiting time over the first 15 minutes ($30.00) will be charged at $20.00 per 15 minutes or fraction thereof.
17Do I get charged for waiting time at the airport?

We offer up to 25 minutes free waiting time at Pearson Int’l. Airport (YYZ) for domestic Flights and 55 minutes for international Flights.

This might include you coming in on an earlier flight. If a reservation change cannot be accommodated and results in a cancellation, you will be charged for the reservation in full.

23What are the rules for customer in vehicle?

  • NO FOOD ALLOWED in any of our vehicle.
  • NO ALCOHOL allowed on any of our vehicle.
  • Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the vehicle. A $200 charge will be applied per incident. No exceptions.
  • A Clean up fees might be charged if the vehicle is left too dirty after use.
  • A minimum charge of $350 will be applied for anyone vomiting in the vehicle.
  • A fee will be applied for excessive mess in the vehicle (with food, drinks, or gum) and will be inspected by the driver before the last drop-off. (Minimum fee of $50)

25Does service time originate at the pickup point?

With our flat rates, you are not responsible for where the driver is taking off from, and as a result, your time starts from your door or pick-up point. With our hourly quotes, we will be charging an additional time for getting to your door and back, we are located in YYZ / Pearson Intl’ Airport Toronto area.

26How far in advance do I need to book a limousine service?

It depends on the type of vehicle and the event. If it is a Sedan pick-up, we prefer at least 24 -48 hour notice, although you may be able to reserve one within 2-3 hours of the requested pick-up time. On the other hand with our limos, we like to have at least 48 hours' notice, while our specialty vehicles may require more time.

27 Can I request my favourite driver?

Considering drivers may be off at times, we try our best to fulfill your needs. We will make a note in your file about any special requests.

28 What kind of a car do I need, if I have 4 people and want to go to the Airport?

Our town cars will fit four passengers plus light bags. If you think you have a lot of bags that may not fit comfortably, you may want to think about our next size car, a 4-passenger Lincoln MKT SUV or a Suburban seven-passenger SUV.

29 Do you offer meet and greet service?

All of our drivers, as well as drivers from all other limo companies, cannot leave their car or park it and go inside the terminal. Therefore, the passenger will have to meet the driver at the designated limo area or you can call a greeting service company and hire them. We can recommend one if you like. Just ask our Customer service representative when you call.

30 When I book an hourly service, can I extend the service if I want?

We will be very happy to extend the service as long as the vehicle is available. If the vehicle is not available, we will have to end the service at the time requested when the reservation is made.

31Since I am booking a wedding package, and will not need the limo during the ceremony, Can I use it to transport other passengers back and forth?

No. The wedding package is designed to do a pickup from one location, go to the ceremony, wait then drop off at the Reception. Time for pictures can be added before or after the ceremony.

32Can I book the limo for 1 hour only?

You can book any of our vehicles as a point-to-point transfer, a package, or by the hour for 3 to 6 hours minimum depending on the type of car and date of the service.

33 Can I book a limo transfer if I am not going to/from the airport?

Yes, sure. Online we offer transfers from Town to Town or City to City. If the towns that you will be departing from or going to are not listed, please call our offices to get the rate.

34 How much luggage can I take?

You can take as much as the trunk of the vehicle that you choose can fit. Each limo vehicle can fit a specific amount of passengers and luggage. Please call our office if you haven’t filled in the online reservation form with detailed info.

35 Do you offer corporate and personal accounts for limousine service?

CanadaLimoServices.com offers both corporate and personal accounts. An authorization form for the use of a credit card, along with a copy of your ID and the valid credit card will have to be completed and returned to us.

36 Can I cancel my limo reservation and when?

Sure, by sending a cancellation email request to info@CanadaLimoServices.com . Depending on the time of the cancellation request, and the type and date of service you will be responsible for paying a cancellation fee.
