Cancellations are accepted by email or fax or phone only Airport arrivals and departure transfer CANADA LIMO SERVICES Inc. require that cancelations be received no less than 24 hours prior to pick up time. Round trip cancellation should be mention same time if the cancellations required.

Hourly Base Services, Point to Point Transfer Services, CANADA LIMO SERVICES Inc. required 24 hours cancellation notice.

Wedding and Graduation package of 4 hours, CANADA LIMO SERVICES Inc. required 168 hours (1 week) cancellation notice, if the services package are more than 4 hours packages CANADA LIMO SERVICES Inc. required 336 hours (2 weeks) of notice, prior to pick up time or deposit will be non-refundable.

On all reservations you will be considered no-show at 30 minutes (45 minutes for international arrivals required custom clearance) past your scheduled pick-up time; if you have not met your chauffeur or contacted CANADA LIMO SERVICES Inc. by phone you will be charged in full for the reservations. To avoid being charged as a no-show, do not leave your location without contacting CANADA LIMO SERVICES Inc. by phone.

Alcohol is NOT allowed in any vehicles in the province of Ontario, Canada. Customer will be responsible for any FINE(s)/TICKET(s).

CANADA LIMO SERVICES Inc. is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle, lost or damaged. We reserve the right to charge a delivery fee for returning lost items if found. Our Chauffeurs will assist with luggage at client’s request, but assume no liability for doing so.

The party paying for the reservations is responsible for all damages and / or cleaning charges incurred by the renter and / or party of the renter, including but not limited to: Vomit/Sickness ($350.00 cleaning fee) , Alcohol spilling ($250.00 cleaning fee), Broken Glassware ( $15.00 per glass), Burns repair ($600.00 fee), Burns replacement ($1200.00 fee), upholstery tears ($500.00 to $1500.00 repair or replacement), TV or LCD ($650.00 replacement), Broken window ($2500.00 replacement and installation), Stereo system ($400.00 to $1600.00 repair and / or replacement and installation) or opening a car door into another vehicle or stationary object ($600.00 to $3600.00 repair damage) etc.

CANADA LIMO SERVICES Inc. reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund if the operator dispatcher on duty feels that the renter and / or party of the renter is putting operator or the mode of transportation or the renter and / or party of renter in danger of injury or if the renter and / or party of the renter are in possession of any illegal material and / or substance which is not legally allowed, this service will be cancelled without refund. CANADA LIMO SERVICES INC. Inc. further reserves the right to refuse in its sole discretion. This is without exception.

CANADA LIMO SERVICES Inc. accepts Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. All charges, including gratuities are billed to client credit card / account. Credit cards are charged prior to pick-up time on the day of the trip. Clients who are paying by Cash or Debit they are required to pay up on vehicle arrival prior service are provided.

All Clients are required to sign and present the emailed Voucher to their driver at pick-up with the actual Physical Credit Card provided at time of booking; unless a signed 3rd party authorization with required documents has been placed on file with prior to pick- up or a corporate account has been activated and all required documents received.

The posted minimums is the minimum number of hours required per hourly reservation order to be advised at the time the reservation is made and which may change from time to time. Hourly orders are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for; then in 15 min increments thereafter. Reduction in the amount of time is not permitted on day trip if prior cancellation or reduction of hours is done.

All rates are subject to audit after order completion; to include actual tolls, parking fees, additional stops and time allotted, ETC. Hourly jobs are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for; then in 15 min increment thereafter. Minimum posted number of hours is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order not what you will be billed. CANADA LIMO SERVICES Inc. using service ltd rates are billed including all applicable fees, 15% gratuities and all applicable taxes. All out of pocket charges, including but not limited to road tools fees, parking fees, airport fees, and carts will be billed to the client.

CANADA LIMO SERVICES Inc. reserves the right to change rates at any time with informing client of changing rates and if clients disagree CANADA LIMO SERVICES Inc. reserve the rights to refuse to do the transportation service.

CANADA LIMO SERVICES Inc. is not responsible any natural disaster, acts of Mother Nature and/or any circumstances that are beyond the human control including, but not limited to: traffic congestion, road closures, flight delays, weather delays, etc.
